Child Safety and Prevention of Exploitation Standards

Datingly prohibits the following:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any material depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of anyone under 18.
• Grooming: Attempts to contact or manipulate children for sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Sextortion: Threatening children with explicit imagery or demanding money through blackmail.

Datingly is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. Minors may not create accounts or use the service. Accounts found to belong to minors may be removed.

We review reported profiles, photos, and messages for violations. Content and accounts confirmed to involve child exploitation are removed.

If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger a child, report it through the app where available or contact us at hello@evoline.app. Child safety reports are treated as urgent.

We may remove prohibited content, suspend or permanently ban offending accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
